We are always looking for good company drivers or owners operators with impeccable driving record to join our Southway Carriers family. We help our drivers thrive in trucking business, by providing a choice for equipment lease, and option to have in-house financing. Lease with option to buy our equipment is another example how we want our drivers to succeed in their trucking endeavor. Company drivers are paid per mile driven and we start with 45 cent a practical mile, paid “empty” miles, on the road down time is paid as well.
